1. Using this site

By using RookieDesk (“the Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Not affiliated with any manufacturer or league

RookieDesk is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, MLB, the NFL, the NBA, any players association or any grading company. Product, team and player names are trademarks of their owners and appear only to identify the cards. Product images are credited under each one.

3. Data, not investment advice

We report what is on a checklist, the manufacturer's stated odds for each box format, release dates and what graders charge. Nothing on the Site is financial or investment advice, and we never tell you what to buy, hold or sell. Stated odds describe a whole print run, not what any single pack or box will contain.

4. Prices, fees and dates are snapshots

Box prices, sale prices, grading fees, turnaround times and release dates change, sometimes without notice. Every one we publish is dated with when we checked it and linked to its source. Manufacturers also revise checklists and odds sheets after release. Check the current figure with the manufacturer, retailer or grading company before you spend money.

5. Using our content

The articles and tables on RookieDesk are protected by copyright. You may:

• Read, share and link to any page
• Quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) with clear credit to RookieDesk and a link to the page

You may not:

• Republish whole articles or our checklist and odds tables as your own
• Scrape or bulk-download the Site for AI training, aggregation or resale
• Use the RookieDesk name or logo without written permission

Manufacturer checklists and odds sheets belong to the manufacturers; we link to the originals. If you own an image or text on the Site and want it credited differently or removed, write to admin@rookiedesk.com. For anything else, ask us through the contact page.

6. No warranty

Content is provided for information. We work to keep it accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we make no promise that every detail is complete or current. You use the content at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, RookieDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, including money spent on product, grading or cards.

8. Links to other sites

We link to manufacturers, graders, marketplaces and community threads so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for them, and earn nothing from those links.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what little data the Site handles and is part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
