Bar chart of 2026 Topps checklist lines for three World Series rookies: Jacob Misiorowski 51, Shane Drohan 2 and Ian Seymour 1

Jacob Misiorowski, the Brewers' NLCS Game 1 starter, is on 51 lines of three 2026 Topps checklists. The other 2026 World Series rookie cards are thin now that Tampa Bay is in: Shane Drohan has one Update card, and the Rays' Ian Seymour has one Cosmic Chrome card that ships after the last possible game. Rosters from MLB.com, card lines from Topps' PDFs, checked October 17 and 20.

2026 World Series rookie cards: who has one? (quick answer)

Two Brewers rookies on the NLCS roster have 2026 Topps cards in the three sets we count: Misiorowski, with base cards in Update Series, Allen & Ginter and Cosmic Chrome, and Drohan, with one Update base card. The Rays add one, Seymour, whose only card is not out yet. Cleveland's five went out with the ALCS.

Key Takeaways

  • Milwaukee: Misiorowski, 51 lines in three sets; Drohan, 2 lines in Update only.
  • Tampa Bay: Seymour, 1 line, Cosmic Chrome 110, due November 4.
  • Cleveland is out: the Rays won the ALCS 4-2, so Bazzana's 58 lines and DeLauter's 51 miss the Series.
  • Two out, one coming: Allen & Ginter and Update Series are out; Cosmic Chrome is due November 4.
  • Odds cover lists, not players: Allen & Ginter's Mini Baseball Autographs are 1:67 in hobby for the whole list.
  • Data, not advice: these are checklist counts, not values.

Overview: rosters from MLB.com, cards from Topps

MLB.com's schedule has the Brewers hosting the American League champion in Game 1 on Friday, October 23 at 8 p.m. ET, at American Family Field. Milwaukee got there with a four-game NLCS sweep of the Dodgers, its first trip to the Series in 44 years.

Tampa Bay is the American League champion. The Rays beat the Guardians 7-3 in Game 6 at Tropicana Field on October 19 to take the ALCS 4-2, per MLB.com. Games 3 and 4, and Game 5 if needed, are at Tropicana Field on October 26 to 28.

How we built the list. We took every rookie with a card in our checklist data whose name is on an LCS roster MLB.com published for the two pennant winners: the Brewers' NLCS roster and the Rays' ALCS roster. MLB.com had not posted World Series rosters on October 20. Card lines come from Topps' checklist PDFs for 2026 Update Series, Allen & Ginter and Cosmic Chrome. A "line" is one numbered entry on a checklist: a base card, a variation, an insert or a hit. Other 2026 Topps and Bowman sets are not in this count.

Milwaukee Brewers rookies

1. Jacob Misiorowski, Milwaukee Brewers (51 lines)

Misiorowski is the deepest Brewers rookie on paper. For a Jacob Misiorowski rookie card in these sets, the base options are US136 in Update Series, in the Rookie Debut section, card 163 in Allen & Ginter and card 148 in Cosmic Chrome. He has 13 autograph lines across the three.

His signed cards include Allen & Ginter's Mini Baseball Autographs (MA-JMI), Cosmic Chrome's Autograph Variation (CCA-JMI) and, in Update, autograph parallels of Rising Rookie Relics (RRR-MIZ) and All Star Stitches (AS-JM). Watch the number in Update: in the 1952 rookie variation list, US136 is JR Ritchie, not Misiorowski.

On the field, MLB.com's recap had him getting 13 outs of one-run ball in Game 1 of the NLCS. His player page lists every line we hold.

2. Shane Drohan, Milwaukee Brewers (2 lines)

Drohan has one card in these three sets: US67 in Update's Rookies section, plus its Golden Mirror variation. He is not in Allen & Ginter or Cosmic Chrome. MLB.com's roster story noted he did not pitch an inning in the first round.

2026 World Series rookie cards from Tampa Bay

3. Ian Seymour, Tampa Bay Rays (1 line)

Seymour is on the Rays' ALCS roster and has one line across the three sets: card 110 in Cosmic Chrome, tagged Rookie. Topps dates Cosmic Chrome to November 4. Game 7, if needed, is October 31. Through the ALCS, MLB's stats show him with three earned runs in 7 1/3 postseason innings over six games.

Analysis: autograph odds for these rookies

Topps' odds sheets give each autograph list one ratio for the whole list, not for one player. Topps also says "actual contents and odds may vary."

Table of 2026 Topps autograph odds for lists that include Jacob Misiorowski: Allen and Ginter Mini Baseball Autographs 1:67 hobby, Cosmic Chrome Autograph Variation 1:136 hobby, Update Flagship Autograph Patch 1:3,588 hobby and 1:282 jumbo, Real One Golden Mirror autographs 1:3,555 hobby and 1:751 jumbo Chart: RookieDesk, from Topps' 2026 Allen & Ginter, Cosmic Chrome and Update Series odds sheets

Allen & Ginter. Mini Baseball Autographs are 1:67 in hobby, 1:205 in fat packs and 1:555 in value boxes. Misiorowski is on that list, along with many other players; Drohan and Seymour are not. Our Allen & Ginter checklist and odds guide has the whole sheet.

Cosmic Chrome. The Cosmic Chrome Autograph Variation is 1:136 in hobby, with no ratio in the Lunar column. Misiorowski signs there too. The full sheet is in our Cosmic Chrome odds guide.

Update Series. The jumbo column is shorter. Topps Flagship Autograph Patch Cards, where Misiorowski is TFAPU-MIZ, are 1:3,588 in hobby and 1:282 in jumbo; Flagship Real One Golden Mirror Autograph Cards, where he is card 10, are 1:3,555 in hobby and 1:751 in jumbo. Our guide to reading sports card odds explains what a 1:N line means.

Analysis: card numbers side by side

Table of base card numbers for three World Series rookies in 2026 Update Series, Allen and Ginter and Cosmic Chrome: Misiorowski in all three, Drohan in Update only, Seymour in Cosmic Chrome only Chart: RookieDesk, from Topps' 2026 checklist PDFs

Only Misiorowski has a base card in all three sets. Drohan is Update only, and Seymour waits for November. For what makes any of these a rookie card, see our rookie cards guide.

Desk note: Our player pages count Topps' revised Update file, dated 10-12 in its name: 51 lines for Jacob Misiorowski, 2 for Shane Drohan and 1 for Ian Seymour, the same totals as this article. The revision added a 426-line USA 250 Patch Relic Redemptions list; Misiorowski is USA250-MIZ on it, and Drohan and Seymour are not.

Community: what collectors are saying

On r/baseballcards, a collector selling Misiorowski's Allen & Ginter variation on October 15 called it a "Rookie design variation SP from 2026 Topps Allen & Ginter" (post). Helping a returning collector find a Misiorowski parallel in August, u/Jahape1 wrote: "It takes a while to understand what to include in your search and the names of all the variants." (comment)

What the documents say: Misiorowski is RDV-7 in a 20-card Rookie Design Variations list, and Topps' sheet prints that list at 1:35 in fat packs, hobby and value boxes alike, without calling it a short print. The variant names are all on the checklists, one per line.

Our take

Misiorowski is this World Series' only deep rookie checklist: 51 lines, against Drohan's two and Seymour's one. He has 13 autograph lines across three sets, while Drohan has one Update base card and its Golden Mirror variation. Seymour's one card, Cosmic Chrome 110, ships November 4, after the last possible game. Cleveland's Bazzana, at 58 lines, went out with the ALCS.

If you collect a Brewers rookie's signed cards from these sets, it is Misiorowski in Allen & Ginter, Cosmic Chrome or Update; if you want a base card of both Brewers rookies, Update Series is the only set with both.

What we don't know yet: the final World Series rosters, which MLB.com had not posted on October 20. We will check again before Game 1 on October 23.
